On the recommendation of a friend, we hired Stephen Gilmour to cater a cocktail dinner party of about 50 guests in our home. Stephen worked with me to plan out a theme for the menu, ensuring it would be interesting and with sufficient food for our guests. The results were terrific! The selections were both delicious and beautifully presented. No one left feeling hungry and we weren't left with a bunch of left-overs. Stephen came in well-prepared and left the kitchen clean. We would recommend Stephen for any occasion where you need a great chef!

We had Chef Gilmour cater our 20 man golf trip to Kimberley this past summer (2017), and it worked perfectly. He provided fine dining quality food with large portions, bringing the highest quality ingredients that would rival or best any top restaurant in the area. Having Chef Gilmour cook in our condo allowed us to have top quality food in a relaxed atmosphere without the hassle of travelling and organizing transportation. He handled all the prep and clean up and perfectly customized the menu to our requests. If you have a large group heading to the area for a ski or golf trip, having Chef Gilmour cater at least one night is a no brainer. Highly recommend.
